| Just picked up my "new" used truck today (matches my horse trailer nicely)....'06 GMC 1/2 ton 4x4, and while I was sitting in my driveway with the radio on, reading the manual and playing with everything to figure it out, I managed to blow the fuse for the power seats. I've figured out that the fuse is in the center fuse box under the dash, and best I can see, it's more of a connection box...black up under the dash on the left side of the steering column...but I can't figure out how to access it/get the cover off. Anybody able to give me some help? Thanks! |

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | spotter... On my 2001, there's a access door on the end of the dash next to the drivers door. With the drivers door open, you'll see the access door, it just pops off, a fuse puller is attached to the back side of the door..... That is if the 06's are simular to the 01's. When all else fails, check your owners manual. |

Location: Where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain... | The 06's are the same way as your 01 Retento. Open the door and you will see the fuse panel cover on the end of the dash.

| Thanks everybody....I finally got it. The fuse I needed wasn't in the side panel by the driver's door...and it turns out is wasn't in the under the dash box either....it was in the engine compartment fuse box. |
