Clean trailer, perfect for camping, showing, or rodeo for singles or couples. Kept under cover by us when not in use. We are 3rd owners and got it to see if we liked horse camping, and we do, so we plan to upgrade. We have used it for 4 short trips and thoroughly clean in between trips. New tires on in May 2023 have about 1300 miles on them. Carefree manual awning on in May 2023. Jack is manual and we use Kwick Kranker adapter with Flex hammer drill. Kwick Kranker is included, but not drill. Queen mattress is virtually new, slept on approximately 23 times. Hot water heater and water pump work great. Previous owners had gray tank replaced and got new battery. AC works great. Plexiglass slats on back and rump side are very easily removed for warm weather hauling. Two way pop up vents. Collapsible rear tack. Right fender has two dents from blowout with original owners, cosmetic only. We clean out the horse area ( I keep a blue tarp attached to the rump wall with Velcro) and put down a piece of outdoor carpet I cut to fit, so that we can utilize that area while in a camp. Also I have curtains I put up in that area. Those items can be included if desired. Comes with shore line and sewer hose.
