Trailer Conversion Process
Author: Mandi/Abby (Show all albums)

These are pictures of my trailer that I convertered from a simple dressing room to a weekend package, including shower/sink, fridge, microwave, TV and cabinets.

The photos in the albums are the property of the album holder and the site
and may not be taken off the site.

Interior of door paneled.

A small door I made on the wall opposite of the inside of the shower. With this door, I can access the fittings that all go into the shower fixtures, in the event of a leak.

Shower with porta-potty stored inside and exhaust fan.

Bed in place (thick foam with memory foam topper, cut to fit into space allotted). Cabinet doors still not built.

Nose area with carpet installed.

Sink (counter is a mess). Trim still hasn't been finished either.

Sink and countertop area, with incomplete cabinet and incomplete paneling.

Insulation around the windows. I was very impatient and sloppy with the insulation process. Its done correctly, its just not pretty.

The nose after I added the corner cabinets. Doors and trim haven't been completed yet.

The nose area paneled, no cabinets installed yet.

The paneling attached to the door. Trim has not be completed yet.

Nose area insulated and floor of nose insulated with OSB installed over it. This will also be covered with carpet and carpet padding (to hopefully hide the uneven appearance which was partly a result of uneven aluminum/warping? and partly due to my screws "sucking" things down unevenly).
