That could definitely save a life. I am certified but, I have to tell you...it's sometimes hard to remember. I have had two instances where I have needed to perfome CPR. I am a Pharmacist and only one time was I at work. The other was a family member. Please take the time to view this video if you are not certified. It could pay off for someone. I also carry aspirin with me on the trail after a story from a friend of someone having a cardiac event on the trail.

When I went through my class in November, they told us to compress to the same beat as the song "Staying Alive" from the movie. Thought that was a good tip, now I just need to remember what song.....

Thank you for that video. It was very interesting and easy to understand. Hopefully we won't need it, but it is simple enough that most of us should be able to do it.
