Just have them put another vent in over the area you need it. Or better yet, have someone just pop rivet a d ring up therer then you could hang it from a snap or bungee.

I screwed a little d-ring into one of the studs of the roof and from that I hang a wire frame that I picked up at Hobby Lobby. They have these double rings that are used for making floral wreaths. It works great as it has a second ring inside the 1st one and the supports between the rings keeps my shower curtain evenly spaced across the ring so that when I collapse it all down into the dog wash it is easy to pull up and use the next time.

No actual pictures of my set up but I used a wreath ring like this that I got from Hobby Lobby (doesn't have the funky flower things): http://www.save-on-crafts.com/advent1.html
I rigged up 3 runs of plastic chain from the ring to the d-ring.

I was just going to use those removable clear plastic hooks and leave them in the roof of the trailer, then hook my shower curtain to them when I set up. I think they stick to metal. I'd let the curtain fall into whatever "pan" I decide to use. I'll let you know if it works -- unless I come up with something else;)

that is a good idea.. I also like the wreath idea for your set up because it fits perfectly in the size of your dog bath.
If I did do a shower pan right on the floor you could have a bigger shower if you instal PVC pipe like these guys did. http://www.trimboys.com/tompkins.htm
I emailed these pics to my conversion guys and they aren't calling me back :(. 44

With the plastic hooks you could hang the wreath easily on your own but I don't know if they can hold the weight. A d ring you wouldn't need to worry about.
