Some of those cabinets add weight REALLY fast. Many of us don't have to think about that if we have the right truck to pull the load, but if you are already close to the weight limits on your tow vehicle, consider the weight of what ever you build into the trailer.
For do-it-yourself types, I was just looking at the Closetmaid line at Home Depot today. Lots of cool options, from wire basket type systems, to enclosed. Many would work well for storage in a trailer
