we made our own.We took a telephone pole cut it in 2 peices to about 4-5ft then bolted them together with a short peice of chain near each end so there would be a couple inch gap between the 2 poles.Then we bolted a chain to it(to hook it around the ball on the tracter)then we put chain link fence and fasted it to the bottom of the pole closest to the tracter.Then we placed a rail road tie in between the 2 posts to give it some weight.Works perfectly in my stone dust ring.Ruffs it up and levels it all in one sweep!

We bought a harrow to loosen up the arena and we flip it over to the smooth side to drag the horse pen to break up the manure so it will blow away in our lovely desert winds.
