My wife read an artical in the local paper on this premise id. and was telling me about it.I must have had my head in the snowbank this winter and missed this bomb shell so i had her call someone from the IL horsemans council and all i can say is wow. !!!!!  Eventually we will have to notify big brother everytime you leave your property with your animals. WHATS NEXT !!!!!

Today, they require you to have a premises ID.Tomorrow, they will require you to notify them every time you take your horses off of your property. The next day? WHO KNOWS what they'll require?

I'm fine with them taking the gun from my cold dead hands. Any other way and we have a problem.
