we have been there 3 or 4 times, (its only a hour from us).. it is small but clean easy to get in and out of, the trails are a little hilly at places nothing bad and the trails could be marked a little better but we got it figured out..you can go on a tour of the old house which is neat theres a swimming pool for summer time and a little town with a few shops etc which is neat to walk around..they are doing a halloween ride this month wish i could go to i think it would be neat since the place is supposely haunted anyway..(google it will tell the whole story)..its been on tv also..they have portable corral panels free of charge and have built a new barn i am not sure what that cost for stalls and you can make reservations in advance...its a nice wkend get away i think more than three days there i would get bored... happy trails hope this helps...

we used to go to LL ranch each summer for several years...havent been for many years but each time we went it was a blast! we had gone enough to learn the trails and rode on our own..lots of neat things there to see for something different.
the campground sits right next to the creek so there was lots of fun to be had there also!
the food was good, always entertainment....i'd go again if i wasnt in texas!
