There isn't a NADA Blue Book for horse trailers. The For Sale and Sold listings on this site are the best I've found for determining a fair price on a trailer.

I'd do search of online classified listing of the trailer your looking at. See what others are asking for them. What is the new price of a similar trailer, what condition is it in ( pretty good or needs some work?) What is in your price range? You can also ask dealers what they would price a similar unit at, then drop it a couple grand ( private sales are usually less than dealer sales)
Then Choose Recreational Vehicles - Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels - Then look for Exiss. They only go up to 2006 though. There are several models listed with 307 in the model name. Good Luck - You may find that helpful. They also list some Featherlite models.
