Have you looked into the bag awnings? They come in a kit and set up in seconds. You unzip the bag that mounts like a normal awning and unroll the awning. It has rails but they are not as technical as the regular awnings. They come in the same sizes and are very affordable. My only dislike is that you can't get them as tight once they are down but I saved myself over $400.00 so I can't complain to much.
