Two friends of mine have Nichols trailers manufactured by Barrett. I am sure that Nichols presented a blueprint to Barrett and said build my trailers like this. So the Barrett trailers may be lot different.  But their Nichols trailers are well built and rock solid. They use them a LOT and they have held up well.

I looked at Barret trailers in 2001 and thought they were well made and built to last. From the factory, easy to customize, etc but a bit of a wait. Haven't seen many since or looked at the new ones, but was impressed when I did look at them.
