Hey. Need some input. Have any of you tried Assure or Assure Plus for your horses for intestinal/digestive problems?? I have an older gelding who will just not keep weight on this year. Wormed, shots, vet checked, teeth floated, thyroid ck. He was a little low in protein with his bloodwork,CBC good. Wondering if he is just not absorbing nutrients from the feed/hay. This product sounds good for intestinal flushing, sand , etc. Any users out there?? I am at the end of my rope to help this old man be healthy. HELP!! ( Oh, on Equine Senior Pellets and Amplify supplement also)

 My friend's trainer, one of the top in the state of KY, gives it to all of his show horses and swears by it.  It keeps them on their feed during show season.
