Has anyone ever seen replacement windows in which you can take out your sliding bus windows and replace with the same sized drop downs.   They go into the factory hole that is left when you take out the bus window and rivits in place.   Although they are not as big as the drops on the head side, they do allow more air to circulate than the factory bus windows.

Can't answer your question... But I will endorse the idea of butt side drops.  I have both head and butt drops on my trailer (previous owner custom ordered it )

The trailer when opened up, is cool as a run-in shed

Picture of the butt drops is in my photo album on this site.

Corky,
On a Kiefer Built Genesis this can be done, and I believe some Exiss have this potential. You'll want to get with your dealer for specific info.

Thanks RT -

I have seen it done with a Sooner and it made a world of difference.    I have an email into the Elite factory already on this issue.

thanks again.

Changed out the windows in my Kiefer.  Called the manufacturer, gave them my model and serial number and they knew which windows to send.  Cost was about $200.00 apiece but I think the extra ventilation is worth it.  Take out the original ones and these fit right back in the space.  Inside trim ring screwed right back in place.  Very simple to do.
