Ok I have the Ford DVD Manual for my 2002 Ford F350 4x4 Dually, but my DVD drive won't work and I need to R&R it tomorrow. Is it like a normal rotor, just pull it off the spindle, or because it is a Dually, you have to remove more. Any help, or point me towards a helpful website would be appreciated.

The guys at this forum should be able to help you.  It's the diesel stop 1999 and up 7.3 liter forum.

I think you can just pull the wheel and the brake caliper and it will come right off. I believe the brake caliper is 19mm but it might be 21mm (can't remember which it is on that truck).

I just removed the rotor, it is not as easy as a regular truck, being that it is a Dually, the front rotor had an extension bolted to it for the Dually wheels. Plus you had to remove the caliper and then there was a caliper bracket to remove so the rotor could be pulled.
