Does anyone know of any LQ horse trailer dealerships that also deal in travel trailers and might take a 5th wheel travel trailer in as a down payment? Prefer something in the Northwest, but can travel. Thanks.
I tried that route when I was horse trailer shopping a couple of years ago and had a 5th wheel I was trying to get rid of. I put a "trailer wanted" post up in the wanted section of this site and one dealer contacted me, I think he was in Montana. Based on pictures and my description of the 5th wheel, they offered me 1/2 of retail value. I ended up finding someone who had a horse trailer for sale who was looking for a 5th wheel and we worked out a trade. You might check out www.rv.com also.
