Does anyone have a Featherlite with the stationary rear tack?  I am just wondering how bad it is to get your horses on and off the trailer.  Has anyone had any bad experiences with a stationary rear tack?

Both my GN trailers have rear tacks and one is a step up and the other is a ramp. All my horses are taught to walk in and stand. My older trailer had enough room, that I can walk the horse on, tie them and walk out past them. Our newer trailer is not like that since it's a 3H and we usually haul 2 horses. I have a cross-bred that stands in the last stall and he really fills it up. He didn't like the idea at first, but he's caught on and does a good job when loading by walking on the trailer and standing quietly while I walk around to hook him up through the drop down window. Happy trails.
