IMO, I think you could make one yourself cheaper and faster than you can find anywhere else. Size and decor are all up to you to do how you want. If I can do it, just about anyone else can.

Krys has a very good point: you probably could do it faster, cheaper, and with your own design yourself, but if you really wanted one from factory, most manufacturers have them available through their parts department.
