Can any one ID this trailer? The title shows 1986 built and a VIN# TST483642SPLA.

I'm guessing something fairly local built. There have been regional builders that are mostly all gone that made such products.

That is not a factory vin number. That is a Louisiana State Police vin number. It is used on shop built or homemade trailers. but that looks like an old Hale trailer.
