Hello,
I have 2-spots on the floor in my living quarters that are soft when you walk on them. We have over flowed the toilet a couple times so I am assuming it is some type of water damage. What is under the linoleum that would get soft, and how hard is this going to be to fix?

could you pull the linoleum and replace the wood underneath very easily or would you try to cut out the bad spot??

You might want to take it in to a dealer that has a shop. We had one come in like that with a soft spot in the LQ. My husband had to put some bracing under the trailer. Not a big deal unless you have some holding tanks, etc in the way but can still be done. Yes there is wood under the linoleum but the flooring may just need some bracing and it should be great after that. Hope that helped some.
