I don't.
I'm leery of anything but a simple rigid joint connecting the trailer to the truck.
In other words I want to NOT have any additional movement or slack introduced at or around the coupler. I don't think any shock absorbtion is needed anyway, there is a whole truck's rear suspension right under the coupler and it is designed for... carrying the load.
Although I understand that the people who sell them speak quite highly of them (-:

You might give Kay, at Northside trailer sales in Carmel, Indiana a call. She is pretty unbiased(?) and used one on her own trailer for a time when they wanted her to become a dealer. Actually, she posted in another thread on here what she thought of them if you search for it.

Not to distract from your question. But Why do you need air bags or rubber mounts. Help me out here, I'm not seeing the problem.
I've dragged my horses all over the west and they seem to be very comfortable with just the trucks suspension. I almost always have a coleman latern in the gooseneck and I never have broken mantles. If I can drag my trailer down 40 miles of washboard dirt road to get to the Green River trail head in the Wind Rivers and not break the mantles on the latern, just how smooth a ride does one need.

This isn't the only "solution in search of a problem" - within or outside the equine and trailering "market". As you say, the truck's suspension does all that needs to be done - if it has a problem then that is what needs to be fixed.
On the same hand, I have so many BETTER spending opportunities centered around $500 (-:
