The Question:
Does anyone happen to know the curb weight of a 1985 Stidham 2 horse bumper pull trailer?
Unnecessary Background:
I purchased a 1985 Stidham 2 horse bumper pull trailer in the summer because it’s in excellent shape, and I’m going to need it come the spring time. It didn’t come with the manual, and the plate doesn’t tell me curb weight, only the GVWR.
I’m in the rare scenario where I already have the trailer and I’m shopping for a new tow vehicle, so I need to know the curb weight of the trailer. I won’t ever have it loaded to the GVWR, but want to make sure the tow vehicle can handle the weight of the trailer plus what I plan on loading.
