I am thinking of repainting my horse trailer, 2002 Exiss 308. Previous owner had lots of decals on and the Exiss decal is peeling off. Removed the decals and tried to buff out the fading but the paint is thin. Of course, the aluminum will stay that way, but some fresh paint would look good. Suggestions?

You might try your local 3M automotive paint dealer/shop or find a local junior college with an auto-body program. In my past experiences they will do a better job painting for only the cost of materials but it will take a little longer as they are only going to work on it during class hours.

Any automotive, marine or aircraft paint can be used to refresh your aluminum trailer. Proper preparation is mandatory for a long lasting finish.
