It seems that when I switch over to propane my refrigerator doesn't seem to cool as good as shore power. I'm going to clean the burner off this weekend, I found in my paper work that in 08 my trailer had got a new refrigerator.

make sure the trailer is level that is very important.i had the same problem.it also helps if the food is cool before you put it in the fridge.level is very important when running on propane.hope this helps.

What's the best way to level these trailers? I've stuck a torpedo level on the frame under the goose neck and lowered it till its level. Is there a better way?

I HAVE WOODEN RAMPS MADE FROM A 2X10 WITH 12" OF STAGGER STACKED 3 HIGH THAT GIVE YOU ABOUT 5" OF RISE.USE ONE OR TWO TO LEVEL THE REAR THEN LEVEL THE FRONT WITH THE JACK.NOW YOU KNOW.

Thanks guys for the most part were on shore power at horse shows and what have you but I guess I should have known being level was important so things flow.

I turn mine on a few days before each trip to make sure it's good & cold before loading any food into it. I'm in South Fla, so if it's hot outside, I find it just doesn't cool enough so I always bring coolers. Mine is the 3.0, so it doesn't switch over automatically. If it's cold outside, I have to turn it down or the fridge part becomes a freezer.
