OK, I tried a 1999 Genesis Kiefer, pulls really well, but it has pits and some dime size holes in the floor. There are three in about a six inch area in the 2nd stall, then a couple of smaller ones in the 3rd stall. Trailer has not been cleaned or washed in a long time.Trailer has about a six foot shortwall, air conditioner, rear tack and no other improvements. Owner is asking %5000 for it. Other than the few holes in the floor, just very minor cosmetic things and a good cleaning.I found Gard's info on cleaning the floor. I have never had an aluminum trailer, don't know anything about them. Is it worth the money to fix it up? How dangerous is the floor? I was thinking if I get it, put one horse in front stall and one in rear until I could fix the holes that are so close together. The owner has said if I want it, whatever it will cost to fix the floor, she will take off the price. What do yall think v

100

we bought a sheet of 1/8 aluminum  did an over lay used stainless steel hardware to secure it, It has been over 10 years ago with no problems with it, it is a 2h all aluminum bp , I know there are better ways to fix them, but it was a quick and cost effective fix for us.
