The model is 3228g. It's in a Sierra package on a '99 Merhow. The guy who sold it to me isn't returning my calls or emails (great sign, right?). It's plugged in now. I just turn it to AC power, and it's on? I don't hear anything going on. We had it running on propane last week, and it seemed to be getting cool after about 12 hours, but we turned it off, feeling like leaving it going was silly. Is there not an on switch somewhere? Or just turn that dial from gas (which the panel says is the off setting) from AC and it's going?
If my shore power is plugged in, how do I know if my lights etc are running off the battery or the shore power?

It could be the heater that is dead so it wont work on AC. I had to have mine replaced. IF it works on gas but not AC that is possibly your problem. I had to get schooled on fridges last week.

If its plugged in you should be running off of electric. It takes quite a few hours to get cold on 110. Plug it in and check it in 4 hours. I can't hear mine run either.
