Can someone tell me where to purchase the truly grippy rubber that is used on some trailer manufacturers ramps? It looks almost like Velcro and has super good grip for the horse even in wet/icy conditions. It is thin. Shavings tend to stick to it, and it looks messy most of the time. I've seen this rubber used on both Sundowner and Hawk trailers.
Any suggestions as to where I can order this would be appreciated. There is no Hawk dealer in my area, and the Sundowner dealer was not much help.

Try calling the actual manufacturers not the dealers. They should have website with information to contact the plant. They may be able to tell you where to get it or actually sell you some and ship it to you.

I just replaced some on s friends trailer. We installed some thin stuff from Tractor Supply Company 2 years ago that worked well until her latest horse that like to drag his feet while backing out and started to rip it. We replaced the thin stuff with the thick mats from Tractor Supply and it is working great but is a little too thick.
