Anyone ever painted a Onan 4000 cover?  Its roof mounted.

If it's aluminum, it would be painted like any other aluminum product. The metal has to be meticulously cleaned, primed and then painted. If you're spraying, practically the whole trailer will have to be masked/taped. Marine and automotive paint products can be used, however an aluminum specific primer will be necessary.

If the cover is steel, the usual automotive prep/paint is applicable.

nope its all fiberglass or at least I think it is.  Its a 08 model 4000 micro quiet.  Its green but would be better suited if it were painted.  Its ugly.
