It seems like my jack is losing pressure and is settling down. It didn't start now until we have steady temps near freezing, but I can't imagine that would cause it. Any suggestionsd be fore I have to call the dealer?

our hydrolic jack does the same thing- it works fine and has plenty of fluid.   this may just be a quick fix but my husband made a metal piece that inserts in the leg of the jack to keep the trailer from sinking further down.

The valve is probably allowing the fluid to pass buy.  Might as well just fix it.
