The rear doors on my horse trailer make a terrible noise when I open them. I can use about half a can of penetrating oil and get the noise to stop for a few weeks but then it's back. Any other suggestion besides penetrating oil?

I use synthetic engine oil on all the hinges and latches about once a year. This works really well on the drop down feed window hinges... Haven't heard my 2000 Silver Star squeak in about 10 years....

Grease. Oil runs off, grease is a more appropriate lube for that application. AFAIK the rear doors are to heavy NOT to have grease fittings if the hinges are expected to last.....unless you want to oil them every couple weeks.
Drill and tap it for a zerk, drill a hole and use a rubber grease tip, use a grease needle....something to get grease in there.
