Ok, when your trailer isn't in use..at the farm tucked into its place in the barn..when you empty out the fresh water holding tank do you also empty the hot water heater as well  every time also?  THANKS

Yes, I empty my water heater after every trip. I left water in it one time and it took a couple of bleachings to get the taste and smell cleaned out. I take the factory plug out and screw in a pipe thread to garden hose adapter, then screw a garden hose cap on to the adapter. This way it's very easy to drain.
