Just depends on what year model you have. The 07.5 and up have a regular dually model truck and also a cab n chassis like I have and it has a 58" cab to axle.
But early models had a c/c as well in a long and short wheel base. The 2003 to early 2007 only came in a regular dually and I think the was

But early models had a c/c as well in a long and short wheel base. The 2003 to early 2007 only came in a regular dually and I think the was either 58 ot 60 cab to axle.
