It is an all aluminum trailer. I just didn't know that featherlite ever made FRP trailers. I is like the first picture but round fenders and squared nose.

The "Touch of Class" model that Featherlite made was the FRP trailer. As far as the aluminum trailer goes...I'd treat it just like any other used aluminum and look it over well.
