I believe the wording on the bill of sales are state specific. If you do a goole search on bill of sale there is a lot of information that comes up. Good luck with it.

You can write your own. Include the trailer model and ser#, the date, the price and the phrase " Sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied".
Write two identical copies, with places for both the seller and buyer to sign with the date. You keep one, the buyer the other.
This has been a legal document in the several states, in which I've purchased and sold various items including trailers and motor vehicles. In some states, you will also have to have the title transferred, which we can accomplish at State government offices, the AAA or many notaries.

Thanks Windy, but I just found a generic one online and changed the word ,"vehicle" to horse trailer. It included "as is" and places for all the other info!
