My Jack Russell must have caught a nail in one of the accordian window blinds in my Sundowner and now the thread is broken and the blinds are hanging on one side. Anyone have this happen and can it be fixed? They are not damaged, but the cord is broken so they do not go up or down. Thanks, deb weber

A-Z windows can send all the string and the plastic round thing whatever thery're called. Make sure you ask the size string they come in different sizes . We fixed one and still have one to fix.  I can't remember they're e-mail but here's the address A-Z Inc 13110 E.49th Lane Yuma Az. 85367. They will send the instructions to fix this problem. Good luck
