We have a six horse Featherlite with a 12' shortwall living quarters and are looking to get more room. I was wondering if it was possible to have a slide out installed in this trailer and if so does anyone know who does that kind of thing?

You would be dealing with several issues that would make a slideout addition VERY expensive. Your trailer is not engineered structurely for the weight this will add, so it will have to be re-framed and braced in areas of stress. Your current LQ is not configured for the slideout and most everything will have to be torn out and started over. Your axles may even have to be moved for proper weight distribution? You would be smarter and $$$ ahead to sell your trailer and buy one like you want.
