Hello, All.  I need to pick some brains.  I have a 99 Featherlite 3H LQ.  It has a hammer blow hydraulic jack.  The foot on the jack is getting pretty rusted.  I need to replace it.  Can I get just that part?  And where?  I have been searching the internet for a while and no luck.  Is there a good parts place online that carries a lot of this kind of stuff?  Thanks ya'll!

Is it surface just rust or does it actually have rust holes in the metal? If it is surface rust use a wire brush and repaint with a good primer and paint.

If I remember right most of the foot pads are the same.  So I would check some local trailer shops around you and see if they have any take off jacks that you could get some parts from.

There are sources that routinely sell jack assemblies on Ebay. I have only seen complete units. Perhaps a question to the poster, could identify a source of a foot assembly. Have you contacted the manufacturer?

I tried to find them online and it says go to hammerblow.com and that site is no longer viable.  Tomorrow I am gonna call a couple of trailer places and see if they can point me to them..

Its pretty rusted... I have gone looking at some of the shops but all the footpads I have found are too small.  I keep finding 4x6" but mine is more like 10x8".  I'll find one, just gotta keep looking.  My main concern was having to buy another jack.

Know anyone that has a welder and can weld???  Don't seem like it would take much work to weld a new foot on a jack leg.

If all that is wrong with the jack is the pad, like Retento said, have a new pad welded on to the installed jack foot. Inexpensive and an easy repair.
