Yes, I have looked through a couple and they are a nice alum/steel combo trailer. Their living quarters are very nice in my opinion. They are very similiar to the Bison Alumasport as I've heard an employee of Bison went on his own to start the American Spirit line. Nice trailer, company seems flexible and willing to help all customers.

I have a 2005 3H 12sw that I love. The layout of my LQ has no wasted space. I love the drop down doors and the position of the handles on them. Made for vertically challenged people like me. The company was very willing to work with me on a few things. I wanted a light switch in my bathroom by the walk thru door to turn the lights on in the back. I use it (the back) to store things or as mudroom when I'm camping. The owner said they didn't have the right kind of switches to do that and still be able to use switches at the load door (I think). He asked how much light I wanted and asked if just a small light would do? As I didn't need it lit up like a runway, just so I wouldn't trip over anything, I said a small light would do. He said they could put a light over the door and toward the butt wall so a horse could get to it and put the switch in the bathroom. I have a LRS or LSR conversion. Can't remember which one it is. I would recommend this brand of trailer. Anything else you would like to know just ask. There are too many other things to list right now that sets this brand apart. Little things that you don't think of.

Yes, I am familiar with the brand. Very nice trailer, reasonably priced, and well designed. And they now make an all aluminum trail,er as well. Having toured the factory, I can say it is amazing to see how horse trailers are built. They have excellent structural integrity due to the type of cross members in the floor and bracing in the walls. Just my opinion.

Yes we have An AS 3H with 8' SW. Got it about 3 weeks ago. We have only had it out one time, and that was to Springfield, IL to the IL horse fair. We had lots of folks stop by and ask about it.
So far we love it. We had the LQ done by Double Duty in Michigan and are very happy with them.

I pull mine with a 2004 2500HD Duramax ext.cab long bed. I'm not sure how much my trailer weighs, as I've never put it on a set of scales. I've not had any problem pulling it in the hills of southern Indiana. On my road there are a couple of hills that you can not get a "run" at with turns 1/2 way up. You have to slow down getting around the turn. This summer I'm going to pull down into Tenn.

Thats great, I think your gonna like it. American Spirit gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I looked at trailers for about 4 to 5 months. When I found AS it was the end of the search.
