Hello I have a platinum with outlaw living quarters.  When we are unhooked from the truck and are plugged into power my lights go dim and my battery runs down when I'm hooked up to the track the battery's charge and everything works but after a while the batteries go dead and the lights go off there is a red switch by the batteries that says to turn off when we disconnect from the truck Does that have to be turned on when we are plugged into power so the batteries can charge from power is that why are lights are having issues any help.  Or do we need to turn it off  when its plugged into power.   Help with the right settings so we don't keep running down out batteries thanks in advance appreciated

Sounds like your converter has quit working.   Test the converter.

I don't recall how Outlaw wires. Give them a call and they can direct you on how the switch needs to be and when. Many trailers cannot charge the batteries with the switch "off".
