I have a hawk 2H straightload, regular sized (not oversized). I have a Morgan pony who is 14h and narrow. She occasionally scrambles when turning left. The partition is not full length and the trailer just seems a bit too long and wide. Sometimes I see scuff marks on the mat under the center divider.
I used to trailer her in a Kingston 2H that was shorter and narrower with a stud wall. She never scrambled in it.
Would retrofitting a stud wall in my current trailer provide her with more stability? Is there any padding I could add to make it more narrow?

Hello - move pony to ditch side stall - ( and perhaps - call Hawk with your VIN # and ask them for make you an adjustable butt bar bracket set up for height ) Moving pony will probably work based on your scrambling to the right despcription - she can brace on the wall instead of scramble on the hanging mat Risa
