Cutter is pretty close on this one. Yes, you can. You don't mention brand, but most slideout rooms need to be fairly stiff, so any windows were framed in when it was built. Adding them will involve removing enough of the interior to cut the hole, build and place a frame, and weld it all together. Then set the window, reinstall the interior, adding the proper blinds for the new window.

Are you talking about adding windows to the external side of the slideout unit...OR to the walls of the slideout that are exposed when the slide is extended??
