Looked at one today with only 80K on it.  Question is, there are two fuel filler caps, right and left.  Do they go to the same tank?  I could not find a switch for R/L fuel tanks.

Thanks in advance.

Typically both tanks are connected together.   You can pull into a big truck fuel station and fill them seperatly from both sides of the truck.

The fuel level will equalize in both tanks. If one is empty and you fill one tank they will both end up 1/2 full as the two tanks are connected. This helps equalize the weight on both sides of the truck also.

As above, but takes a bit of time for the tanks to equal out, in other words if you are at a 1/4 tank and only fill one side and drive away, then soon after you will only read around 3/4 full. Point, fill up, wait a a minute or 2 at the pump then top it off again.
