I recently read a report of some snowbirds who came down from British Columbia last year ( and they are coming again this year).  They just primative camped and moved every week to some place new. Said they found lots of public land to just pull off and camp.  No corrals, No hook up.  But they were exploring  and trail riding almost daily, So they were moving the trailer to and from trail heads so had plenty of opportunities to find dump stations and refill their water.

I really have not looked at the camp grounds and private facilities in that area. So no suggestions in that area.  I know that in Utah, Almost every county has a fairground and most have horse stalls and turn out corrals that you can rent for a nominal nightly fee.  Usually $10 per stall/night
