I have loading lights in my Exiss. The switch is at the rear door.Is there a way to add a switch in the front of the horse area.So that the lights can be turned on without going out to the back of the trailer?

If your interior is finished, it will be difficult to install 3 way switches and the necessary wiring. Using these switches, you could then turn the lights on and off from either position.

If you can access the wiring chase in your DR or LQ area, you could add a new single throw switch and terminate the wiring on the existing switch to each other. This would change the control of the lights to only the new switch.

You will have to have access to the wiring to effect any changes. Once you have it exposed, additional splices can be added with leads to your new switch.

It will probably be easier to add an additional light in the horse area that is controlled from a switch in the front rather than replacing the rear switch with a waterproof 3 way switch and the necessary wiring.
