I'm currently looking at a 1995 Sundowner for sale on here.  Any opinions on Sundowners that are that old?  Are they well made?? Have they held up well?

Any info would be great...thanks.

This trailer is an all steel trailer, that is either Horizon III model; or an Executive.  The Sundowner steel trailers were as good a steel trailer as their was built at the time.  There paint system was a 3 or 4 step prep and paint system using Sikkens automotive paint.  If they had any care at all; they still look good today.  This one obviously has been cared for well by the pictures.  They had wood floors in them that were either treated lumber or oak.  The hinges on the drop down feed doors were piano type, and sometimes they would bind if they weren't kept lubricated.  This trailer looks very good, and should last you for sometime with any kind of care.

Thank you.  I sent an email to the dealership, so waiting to hear back.  Steel trailers dont bother me, as long as they were well taken care of, and not to heavy for my truck.  2 of my main concerns.
