There is always a lot of bad things going around and very little good and I wanted to add a little good to the forum today
Just wanted to drop a big THANK YOU to the Sundowner dealers and Corp. office (Stephanie / Dave / Budy) that replied to my post last week about my 2004 8010 that I bought as a repo from a local bank.
I know that ya'll do not have to do things like this, but that just goes to show you that a company can and WILL stand behind what they build and sell even ifthe customer did not buy it from them to start with! I even had a couple of return calls just to make sure everything was right! Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love my Sundowner! I also purchased a used trailer (used 6 times) but there were some items missing from the trailer that I wanted in order to bring it back to its original state. They were SO nice to deal with and did call me back to make sure that everything was satisfactory to my liking. EXCELLENT customer service.

I guess the ol' saying "you get what you pay for" stands true here!
I looked at Sundowner in 2007 and the price was just out of my reach for what we wanted, so I went with another brand (steel trailer) and have had nothing but problems with it and headaches from the company.

I couldn't agree more, i'm on my 2nd sundowner which i'm desparately trying to sell to downsize to a smaller, 3rd new sundowner, I love them! I'll never own anything else :)
