I am thinking about purchasing a 10'Adam stock trailer. I live in Illinois and would have to travel 5 hours to get to a dealer. I have never heard of this company. I understand they are out of Virginia. I will probably buy it sight unseen due to the distance, so anything anyone can tell me about the company or this particular trailer would be greatly appreciated. Right now I have a 1993 Keiffer built 12' stock, but only haul one horse, so for convenience, I am looking to downgrade. I would have to put in about $1000 to my current trailer to rehab it, so decided to put money towards a new one instead. thanks for any opinions. ccpg

i dont have one, but i did look at a couple a while back....2h straight and a 12' stock if i remember correctly. the quality and build seemed to be in line with ponderosa and delta in my opinion (which is of course useless, since its your money). you get what you pay for. hope that helps.

thanks for replying. that is what I want to know. what am I getting for the money? I never heard of either of the trailers you mentioned. Forthat matter, had never heard of Adam trailers either. I looked into the 10' Bison, and the Adam is about $1000 less. Hard to find 10' stock trailers. I would love to have more feedback on Adam stock trailers. thanks ccpg

I have a 2004 Adam 4h with 8'sw LQ.We didn't look at alot of trailers before buying this one but I feel the quality is excellent.All of the welds look great the doors and latches are tight and secure.Adam gets my vote but look around you may find something better.

Does anybody else have opinions on the all aluminum Adams?? We have been looking at one and thought it was quite well made for the money. This a 3H with 10'SW LQ. We've looked at it quite carefully and can't find many things we'd change. Haven't really looked at the stock trailers, but I think the oens we saw were steel - maybe that's the difference???

I just got an Adam all aluminium and so far I think it is pretty good. You always wonder if you did the right thing or not but heck a person can keep looking forever. I can't see where this trailer is made bad and sometimes the extra money you spend is just for the name and not the quality.

Hubby has an 14 ft adam stock. Just today I noticed a hole in the fender where rust ate it clear through. It is an 2003? He also has an all alum 3 h slant 10 ft lq. 2001?It seems to be ok.

Hey I logged on just to respond to your question. We bought a used Adams and love it!!! It's a 2001 4h slantload that is well made,pulls great,and keeps my horses safe. I don't have a lot of trailer experience but I did look at aloooot of trailers before I bought. I had to find the trailer that encorporated all the random features that I liked and fit my budget. Adams did it and my horses love it.Good Luck. Bits
