Look inside the bulb's base for corrosion and the light's frame grounding for an adequate circuit. The ground is either completed by the frame against the trailer body, or a second wire running to a grounding terminal. Once the base is cleaned, dielectric grease can be added that lowers the incidence of reoccurring corrosion.

sometimes the light base is grounded to the frame by way of a pop rivet.....drill it out and install new rivet ( after checking that socket is free of corrosion )

AND before installing that new rivet, add a touch of "Noalox" or similar electrical anti oxidation paste. It's cheap insurance against redoing the work in a few years.

OK.....start by pulling out the light and checking the connections inside the frame...there should be enough wire at every connection back to the trailer plug. Leave the lights on and wiggle all connections until you find the loose connection. Some trailers have panels on the inside that can be removed for access to the wiring. If it is not the connection at the first point, I would go to the next closest point that is working properly....you will be able to see which direction the wire runs when you pull out the fixture.
