Location: IL | We just got a new truck that the dealership is putting the tow package on this week & they want to know which class hitch & I have no idea! We do not have a trailer yet but will eventually be looking for a lightweight 2 horse bp Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Location: IL | It is a 2007 Nissan frontier- I know you shouldn't tow with it but the only trailer I will pull is a brenderup, before we get into this debate, it can tow 6500 lbs. Thanks. I am hoping the dealership can figure it out but I would hate for them to be wrong |

Location: Tipton, IN | Class III should work fine for you, as I doubt they make a ClassIV for that truck. A Class III will be 5000 pound weight carrying, and with weight distribution system, which you would be best to have if exceeding the 5000 pounds, the hitch will be rated around 7000 pounds.

Location: IL | Thank you- that makes sense! There is a class IV but I bet it is for the Titan. |

Insist that you see the hitch before it is installed and that it should be marked with it's weight rating. Then you will know for sure! |
