Location: kansas | I have a Sundowner LQ trailer. Has anyone taken their LQ trailer through a semi truck wash. Where they wash it for you and you just drive it through. Any one see anything wrong with this? For some reason I think I remember reading somewhere that it was not a good idea. |

Location: VA | Wow! It's a slow evening here. I think the thing I would really want to know is if they use high powered jets of water. I'm guessing that they probably do. Could the water pressure possibly "break" a seal in your roof? That's probably what you're asking anyway. I am interested to hear what other folks who might know more have to say. (And sorry I'm a Shocker |

Location: Lake Mills, Iowa | We run ours through the commercial truck stop wash all the time. Do not have any issues. I just tell them to make sure they turn the roof brushes off. Our trailer is black with polished aluminum and we have not had any issues. JMO |

Location: Florida | I go to the Blue Beacon truck wash. They wash using pressure wands / brushes and their citrus aluminum wash. Will make the trailer look like new - brushed, polished, and painted surfaces. Takes less than 20 minutes for them to do truck and 4 horse LQ trailer.
Highly recommended if you have one in your area. |

Same here, we live near a Blue Beacon and I'll run all of our stuff through a couple times a year. They don't seem to harm those million dollar motor coaches that pass through there. The one thing they won't do is wash out a trailer. We had it all cleaned out, mats were out, just wanted them to go over with the citrus wash, NO WAY!! They wouldn't even talk about it. |
